  27.   This is only a suggestion but have you looked at any of these fairly 
  28. cheap PC encoders that are widely available like ProPC/TV? They have SVHS 
  29. outputs, regular SVGA connection to pretty much any graphics board and 
  30. some of the new ones, a little more expensive, take 800x600 resolution 
  31. screens, which you would need to clearly show an WinNT screen. They operate 
  32. pretty much independant of any drivers. The software for the ProPC/TV is just
  33. to center the screen, and from what I have seen, usually not necessary.
  34. Computer City carries these and you could probably try it and take it back
  35. if it wasn't what you were looking for.
